Gran Paradiso National Park
Gran Paradiso National Park is the oldest National Park in Italy. It is one of the wildest place in Italy and here it is possible to find many species of animals from ibex to marmots, and rarely wolves. Valsavarenche is the wildest valley in the National Park and it has the older haunting house for the king Vittorio Emanuele II, called Orvieille. I slept here for two months, for two main reasons: understand the biology of Alpine Marmots and improve my natural instinct, looking at Wild Animals and Wild Landscapes, sleeping and living in the wilderness and understand how a storm could be strong up in the mountains, waking up with 5 degrees in the house.
It was a real meaningful experience and it changed drastically my approach to Nature pushing me to understand my real vocation.
